OUR Packages

We typically structure a wedding day into four components: the ceremony, canapes, formal dinner, and post-dinner entertainment. It’s good to note that in general we custom build all of our packages (no wedding is ever the same) and so we do our best to make sure our couples recieve the most best package for them. So please reach out and we’ll gladly accommodate any and all of your entertainment needs.

Our prices start from $1500
+ $300 (for Duo’s)
+ $600 (for Trio’s)

  • 30 minutes of pre ceremony live music as your guests arrive

  • 2 songs of your choice, learnt and performed live for:
    walking down the aisle, signing the registry OR leaving as a couple!

  • Up to 2 x 30 minute sets

  • We also offer “Ceremony Only” packages

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Absolutely! If we don’t know the song you want to walk down the aisle to, we’d be very happy to learn it! We ask that all requests are confirmed at least a month before the wedding so we can properly rehearse and practice them! We want to make extra sure everything goes perfectly!

  • We have battery operated alternatives to cater for all sized events! We have done weddings that are acoustic only (though we do advise against this) to weddings that have needed 5 different speaker setups, reach out and we can run through the ideal setup for your special day.

  • Yes! We always have a wired microphone ready to go should the need arise!

  • Of course! This is your special day, you deserve to have it exactly how you envisioned it! We’re just honoured we get to press play for the big moment!

  • Yes! We love to travel!

    Anywhere within 1 hour of the Sydney region is part of our standard rate, anywhere over 2 hours travel will mean some additional costs

THINGS TO THINK ABOUT

  • We also over a range of other wedding entertainments outside of music. Our photobooths are some of the industries best and our vintage phone audio message book is some of our cients favourite additions to their package.

  • All of our gear contains a lot of electronics or is wooden and cannot get wet. This means if it is raining, sprinkling, misty or even looks menacing, we need to be situated undercover. It is a good idea to check with your venue to find out where we will be placed in your wet weather plan and where we can be safely placed if you do want to brave the conditions.

  • We always try to arrive 2 hours before you expect your guests, to make sure we are neatly set up and ready to go when your wedding starts. If you have booked a DJ with us they may arrive an hour before reception starts, even if you are just having them provide dance music later in the evening. This way they are not hauling gear through the middle of dinner. We also allow about 1 hour to pack down at the end of the night.

  • Do note that it’s difficult for a musician sound system to be moved. So as much as possible we try to limit movement of locations to 2 per event.Often canapés are in a different location to ceremony, and dinner in a different location to canapés. In these situations (time dependent) we recommend that we provide playlist music through canapés so we have enough time to set up and be ready for reception entrances. Be sure to let us know if this applies to your wedding so we can give you an accurate quote based on a playlist, instead of live music for canapés.
